California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, as those terms are defined in their respective privacy laws.

What we do

Topline does not sell personal information for money. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the business under contracts that restrict their use of it. Depending on how privacy laws are interpreted, some of our marketing analytics activity may qualify as "sharing" — for example, when a browser cookie sends data to an analytics or advertising vendor.

How to opt out

• Email opt-out: send a request to privacy@topline.example with the subject "Do Not Sell/Share" and the email address, phone number, or account identifier you want covered.
• Browser signal: we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser or extension. If GPC is enabled, no further action is needed for that browser.
• Cookies: use your browser's settings to block or delete cookies from this site.

Verifying your request

We may ask you to confirm details we already hold so we can match your request to the right record. This protects your information from being released to someone else.

Authorized agents

You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide proof of your written permission and verify your identity directly.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 45 days, consistent with applicable law.
